Projects

In the past 12 Months IBC Strategic Ltd has been involved in a number of projects in China and the APAC Region. Several of those projects have been related to property sales and acquisitions with the largest valued at more than 200M Rmb in Guangdong Province. Other property projects in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Hainan and Hohhot (Inner Mongolia) are ongoing. We have also been engaged in some Logistics related consultancy projects and a number of business re-engineering requirements involving financial restructuring. Projects are also ongoing in the mining and beverage import sectors that involve funding and the creation of WOFE, BVI and JV enterprises in Hong Kong, Mainland China and elsewhere. We are unable to share more detailed information as all of our projects are subject to strict Engagement terms with NDA/NCA agreements to protect IBC and our clients.
