Our Business Model

•  A simple formula is applied at the outset of a project to determine the best combination for remuneration. For some clients a success fee set against agreed performance targets is the most acceptable option. For other clients a mix of project based fees and an equity position in lieu of some fees is also considered. We can be flexible as every project has its own specific characteristics.

•  For projects that involve capital investment we bring clients together with the right form of funding which may include the Hong Kong and China banking sectors, investment funds and other private equity sources from the region. Commission is negotiable.
